If the delivery address is in a village or VPO, the boxes will not be delivered directly to the doorstep. The boxes will be delivered to the nearest DTDC courier office in the nearby city.

The customer's family will receive a call from the courier office for self-pickup. Please inform the family in advance and confirm that they can collect the parcel before proceeding with the booking and purchase.
